How do we recruit

We don’t hire based solely on CVs; instead, we focus on attitude, capabilities, and skills.For electronics and embedded engineers: Concrete examples of your work, such as code, files, or technical designs, will make a stronger impression on your application than a polished CV or cover letter.

For software engineers: At this early startup stage, we exclusively hire through our hackathons.
